That's why we are thrilled to announce that our amazing Social Change team has created a guide for parents about creating healthy teen relationships! In it there are tips on how to support your child, how to spot relationship red flags, statistics, and much more. Last Saturday, we had a table at the Move For Love

Last Saturday, we had a table at the Move For Love 5K for the One Love Foundation, an organization that provides education for young people about healthy relationships. We saw upwards of 600 people at Lumen Field and got to chat with young folks, educators, folks from other non-profits, parents, and survivors. We had such a wonderful time meeting so many of you and seeing how important healthy relationships are to our community. Another exciting opportunity for teens! This time

Another exciting opportunity for teens! This time provided by Powerful Voices, an organization that creates brave spaces with girls and gender expansive youth of color. One of those spaces is the Black Muslimah Collective, a group for Black Muslim girls and young women ages 13-19 in the Seattle/King County area looking to build community, relate to one another, and be authentically themselves. Save the date for August 22-24!

Last year, we held our first ever Youth Leadership Retreat. For three days in August, several Seattle and Shoreline area teens 13-18 came out to learn about facilitating conversations about healthy relationships, practicing peer education, and activism.

�It was such a success last year that we are doing it again this summer! And for this retreat, we will be having trainings for a variety of experience levels. So whether you are a skilled facilitator or have never led a discussion before, you will be able to learn more and sharpen your skills! Space is limited to 25 teens. What a whirlwind! Only a few more hours left on the second day of GiveBig, and together we've raised just over $35,000 for survivors in our community.

To continue providing the services and programs we do for survivors, we set an ambitious fundraising goal of $75,000. We may not make it there, but know that the closer we get to that number, the closer we can get to making our community a more supportive place for survivors and their families.

We've also had another community partner provide an additional match of $5,000! This means we have $5,000 more to double your donation.
