Support Groups

If you would like to join others who have experienced domestic violence to give and receive support, the first step is to call our Helpline. Then, one of our trained Advocates will follow up with you to schedule a meeting as soon as possible to learn more about your needs and sign you up for a support group.

There is no charge for support groups, which are confidential and include:

  • Emotional support from group facilitators and participating survivors
  • Information about domestic violence and its impact on survivors
  • Childcare during support groups

We offer support groups at different times and dates during the week, as well as in various locations throughout Seattle.
